Last of the season

Even though it is November the gardening isn’t over yet.  Today I planted 80 or so tulip bulbs.  I also dug up all of my lilies, I vow to plant them in pots next year as this was a chore.  I also harvested most of my brussels sprouts and a basket of broccoli. I have about 10 tulips left that I might plant in a pot for the spring.  I also planted my garlic, three varieties and I finished planting my day lilies in the front.   I still have a cabbage, onions, leeks and some brussels sprouts left out in the garden.

I took down my Halloween decorations and GJ took down the old Christmas lights and started putting up our new LED ones.  I hope to get things decorated outside while there is still no snow and the weather isn’t too cold.  We bought 20 packs of 50 lights at Costco.  They were $20 for 100, 2 packs of 50, not a bad price.  The house will be well lit when we are done.
