I just love having my AGA cooker back in commission! I missed her so much when she was crated up for our kitchen renovation, which is still happening actually but at least she is available to cook on again. I was without her for 7 months!

I also used a Cookina mat in the oven to make pizzas on later in the video. It seemed to work really well, I am a little afraid to just leave it in the oven, as the AGA cooker never shuts off. I am not sure what will happen after months of prolonged 400 degrees!
They are very similar to Bake-o-Glide that I believe is made by AGA. https://amzn.to/2DYG7DP I have been using Bake-o-Glide since we got the AGA and my piece is getting scratched and discolored where it sits on my simmering plate but it works fine and never sticks to my eggs! I bought more Bake-o-Glide in the UK and I cannot wait to finally unpack my suitcases, all my cookware is in there! LOL.
